Gond Kateera (also known as Tragacanth Gum or Gond Katira) is a natural, plant-based gum derived from the sap of various species of plants in the genus Astragalus. It is commonly used in South Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines, traditional medicine, and cosmetics.
